Thunderstorms continuing for many central European countries


Sunday
Plenty of hot sunshine in Spain and Portugal on Sunday. The Balearics should be fine too, again with lots of sunshine. Heavy showers affecting northern Italy, but dry to the south. Greece and Turkey should be dry and very warm.
Fine in much of western France, some thunderstorms to the east. The Low Countries and Germany will have thundery rain, this also affecting southern Poland. Much of Austria, Hungary and Switzerland will be thundery, the rain heavy at times.
Some heavy showers for Denmark and southern Sweden as well as southern Norway. Fair for the Baltic States whilst the weather stays mainly dry in Finland. Northern Sweden and northern Norway should be dry with good spells of sunshine.

Monday
Another hot, sunny day for Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands. Heavy showers affecting central parts of Italy through the afternoon. Greece and Turkey should be very warm and dry once more.
A fine and dry day for much of France, the Low Countries, Switzerland, western Germany and western Austria. A few heavy showers and strong winds for northwestern parts of France later. Showers, some heavy and thundery, for eastern parts of Germany and Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Heavy, sometimes thundery, showers too for Denmark and southern parts of Norway and Sweden on Monday. A dry and fair day for northern parts of Norway and Sweden, Finland and the Baltics too. Lithuania may see the odd thundery shower.
