Heavy rain affecting parts of France
Thursday Rain and heavy showers making it still unsettled across Spain and Portugal. Showers pushing on across the Balearics. Sunny spells and thundery showers also for Italy clearing from western areas later. A few scattered showers and thunderstorms affecting the Balkans, Greece and Turkey. Showers becoming slightly more widespread further north across France today though many in the north should stay dry. Largely dry and fine for the Low Countries. Scattered developing showers across Germany into Austria and Switzerland. Hungary will also be affected by showers. Largely dry throughout Poland. Fair under high pressure in Denmark. More sunshine to come through the Baltic States. More unsettled across Finland with showers developing here. Sunny spells and dry across Norway and Sweden.
Friday Showers develop across northwest Spain and northern Portugal. Largely dry and fine elsewhere here. Staying mostkly dry with sunny spells through the Balearic islands. Showers affect Sadinia and Corsica as well as the far north of Italy. The rest of Italy staying dry. A few scattered showers across Greece and Turkey but most will remain dry. Unsettled through France with thundery, heavy showers across the south. Showery also throughout Switzerland into Austria. Lagely dry across the Low Countries and Germany. North and west Poland looks to stay dry but showery further south and east. With high pressure sitting over Scandinavia most places here will be dry and fine with plenty of developing sunshine, though a few developing showers are expected across southern regions of Norway.
