Unsettled conditions spreading from the west across central Europe

Dry, hot and sunny conditions prevail across the Mediterranean on Monday. Plenty of sunshine for Portugal, Spain, the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Afternoon showers affecting central portions of Italy, western Greece and southern Turkey, these locally heavy, but staying dry and very warm elsewhere.
A mostly dry day for France - cloudier to the north, brighter to the south. A slight risk of isolated showers developing in the northwest and southeast. Hazy sunshine for the Low Countries, Germany, western Poland, Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic with outbreaks of showers, some heavy and thundery, through the afternoon.
Outbreaks of rain and some heavy showers for Denmark, southern Norway, central and southern Sweden and southern Finland on Monday. A fair and bright day for the Baltic States and for northern parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Continuing dry, hot and sunny conditions across the Mediterranean. Plenty of warm sunshine for Portugal, Spain, the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia, Italy, the Balkans, Greece and Turkey. A chance of afternoon showers developing over northern Spain, the Balearic Islands and coastal regions of northern and southern Turkey.
A cloudier day for western parts of Europe. Showers, some of them thundery, over southern parts of France. Mostly dry for Benelux while a band of showers works its way southeastward across Germany. Heavy, thundery showers also affecting parts of Switzerland, Austria and Poland at times. Staying mostly dry for Hungary while the Czech Republic and Slovakia could also see showers.
A showery day for Denmark while heavy showers will become more widespread across southern and central Norway and across Sweden. Heavy showers edging into southern parts of Finland and affecting the Baltic States. These heavier and more frequent to the south.
